Bought my first home last year in Gainesville with an unfinished basement and no deck so I started the search for a reliable home construction company shortly after. When I mentioned this to my boss, he said he'd been getting home renovations from Clint and Phoenix Home Services for years and highly recommended their work. I took a look at their website, saw some amazing stone work (something I hadn't even considered doing yet) and noticed their perfect rating with the BBB and decided it was worth reaching out. I set an appointment with Clint for him to come out and give us a free estimate.
I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted to do with the basement, or even the deck, but as soon as Clint saw both spaces the ideas started coming. I was quite surprised how knowledgeable he was and how he had very descriptive answers and solutions for all of my thoughts and concerns. My wife and I were very comfortable with the plans and ideas we were all able to come up with and decided to move forward with Clint and set up a construction date for the upcoming weeks. 
It took about 4 weeks to start construction (as expected), and throughout those 4 weeks we were in constant contact with Clint and his team. 
Once construction started, it seemed as if those guys lived there until it was finished. Even on rainy days they found a way to come out and get a few things done, which is probably why they were able to finish everything ahead of schedule.
This was honestly the most painless process I could have imagined and my wife and I couldn't have been happier with how everything turned out. We have them coming back this summer to put a flagstone patio underneath our deck. Can't wait!
