We were highly impressed with the professionalism of Phoenix Home Services in the planning and installation of our new travertine walkway and steps and portico. After talking with us on what we would like, they created design graphics of what the completed project would look like. It gave us an excellent idea of the project so it made easy to approve to proceed. The only delay in scheduling was waiting for Fairfax County to approve the permits for the work to proceed. Once the permit came in then work proceeded immediately. All was handled with total respect for our property with clean up on a daily basis. The entire project took 2 weeks to complete. Communications throughout the project was excellent with regularly updated detailed schedules emailed to us as well as regularly in person check ins. Everyone involved was highly professional. We could not be happier with the finished work and have received multiple compliments from neighbors. We highly recommend Phoenix and would definitely use them again for any future projects.
