His quote was not the cheapest of the ones we received, but his design and professionalism were impeccable and I felt more comfortable signing with him than with any other contractor we met with. He was incredibly patient while we awaited approval from our HOA, and then his team got started immediately. They built a beautiful, permitted, and fully functional deck within an incredibly reasonable timeline, and we couldn't be happier with the result.
