I located Phoenix Home Services on Yelp along with numerous other contractors who I emailed requesting design assistance and quotes for a new rear deck. Clint promptly responded and arrived by appointment within the next day to evaluate our project needs. After explaining the deck design we had in mind (pressure treated wood with tension cable railing) Clint explained, for the same cost of installing a wooden deck, his team could install a beautiful flagstone patio in the rear of the house with matching flagstone stepping stones which lead to a matching stoop and walkway in the front of our house. Since correcting the front walkway and stoop was a bucket list item, this was a no brainer. Clint drafted the design that evening and by the next day or two we had a signed contact. Clint's team went right to work taking out our existing concrete patio and replacing it and our unstable front walkway and stoop with a gorgeous gray and blue flagstone. Everything was completed, start to finish, within about two weeks. After expressing concern about the state of the yard once the project was complete, Clint and his team arrived the very next day and laid down all new sod and grass seed, and acid washed the patio and walkway a second time. The finished product is immaculate. We have thoroughly enjoyed working with Clint and his team at Phoenix for our patio project and look forward to working with them again in the future.
