Once we did sign, Phoenix regularly communicated with us about the status of permits and scheduling, so we were never left in the dark about when the project would begin. When construction began Phoenix sent regular updates on what to expect each week. The construction was done to the highest standards. Our deck is not only beautiful, but also extremely well-built, which gives us the peace of mind that we'll be able to enjoy this major investment for many years.
