Our experience with Phoenix Home Services was exceptional and we recommend them highly. They built two patios for us, one behind our house, and one with a fireplace in the woods by our property. Clint was very enthusiastic about out projects. He is very knowledgeable and provided solid and creative design recommendations after hearing what our goals were. His statement of work was detailed and itemized so there were no hidden surprises. He talked us through the entire process and his status updates were appreciated since we had to deal with inclement weather. Despite the weather and the holidays, they did an excellent job keeping within the schedule. The materials used were of good quality. The on-site team was courteous and the worksite was picked up and normalized once the job was completed. Despite the cold winter, the patios and fireplace are one of our family’s favorite gathering places to unwind. We expect many years of enjoyment through all the seasons and could not be happier with the finished product.
