Clint is a guy with a vision and the ability to bring it to life. We wanted a backyard deck and Clint produced 3-D renderings that allowed us not only to see exactly how it would look, but also satisfied the Reston HOA who can be quite particular about details in the approval process. The price was reasonable for the quality workmanship that was promised, and the Phoenix team delivered. One specialized team came in to demolish our ancient concrete patio, and a different one to put up the 14x22 composite deck. These guys clearly were experienced and efficiently performed their craft. Compared to some of the work shown on the Phoenix website our deck was just a basic project-- and the guys nailed it. The deck looks great and is a quality construct. My wife and I had considered a do-it-ourselves effort but in retrospect that would have been a terrible idea: we would still be laying crooked footers... IF we could have even gotten past the permit stage. The Phoenix team handled all that with no problems. I will be calling them next spring for my next project.
